Sore Muscle Blend
A nice pain-relieving blend for times when muscles are overused.
- 10 drops of White Pine Oil
- 3 drops of Lemongrass Oil
- 5 drops of Lavender Oil
- 1 oz. of Trauma Oil
- Add the essential oils to 1 oz. of trauma oil or jojoba oil and apply freely to sore areas.
