Sore Muscle Blend
A nice pain-relieving blend for times when muscles are overused.
Ingredients
  1. 10 drops of White Pine Oil
  2. 3 drops of Lemongrass Oil
  3. 5 drops of Lavender Oil
  4. 1 oz. of Trauma Oil
Instructions
  1. Add the essential oils to 1 oz. of trauma oil or jojoba oil and apply freely to sore areas.
