  1. 6 drops of Ylang Ylang (Complete) Oil
  2. 1 drop of Lavender Oil
  3. 1 drop of Neroli Oil
  4. 1 oz. of Lotion - Unscented
  5. 1 Glass jars
Instructions
  1. Blend the essential oils into 1 oz. of unscented lotion. Apply to chest, over the heart, when symptoms occur.
