Ingredients
  1. 10 drops of Helichrysum italicum Oil (Corsica)
  2. 5 drops of Chamomile Roman Oil
  3. 1 oz. of Arnica Oil
Instructions
  1. Combine the essential oils into 1 oz. of trauma oil. Apply to the painful area as needed. Jojoba is a great substitution for trauma oil.
