No one can really be shielded from injuries– unless they’re always wrapped up in bubble wrap. Whether it's bruises, sprains, strains, or tight/sore muscles, this blend can accelerate the healing process and alleviate inflammation and swelling, helping you feel brand new!
  1. 5 drops of Rock Rose Oil
  2. 4 drops of Lemongrass Oil
  3. 6 drops of Lavender Oil
  4. 6 drops of Helichrysum italicum Oil (Croatia)
  5. 4 drops of Chamomile German Oil (England)
  6. 1 oz. of Arnica Oil
  7. 1 Glass bottles with coned cap
  1. Blend the essential oils in 1 oz. of trauma oil. Apply gently to injured area 5-6 times daily for 1-2 weeks.
