Inflammation After Injury
For sprains, bruising and inflammation.
  1. 5 drops of Larch Tamarack Oil
  2. 5 drops of Balsam Poplar Oil
  3. 5 drops of Helichrysum italicum Oil (Corsica)
  4. 3 drops of Lavender Oil
  5. 3 drops of Neroli/Petitgrain Oil
  6. 2 oz. of Lotion - Unscented
  7. 1 Glass jars
  1. Combine the essential oils with the 2 oz. of unscented lotion in a glass jar and apply to the inflamed area as needed for relief.
