Ingredients
  1. 5 drops of Orange Sweet Oil
  2. 1 drop of Bergamot Oil
  3. 3 drops of Chamomile Roman Oil
  4. 2 oz. of Lotion - Unscented
  5. 3 drops of Cardamom Oil
  6. 1 Glass jars
Instructions
  1. Blend the essential oils in 2 oz. of unscented lotion. Rub blend on your belly before every meal and before bed.
