Soothing Athlete’s Foot Blend
Regain healthy skin tissue affected with athlete's foot.
  1. 10 drops of Patchouli Oil
  2. 7 drops of Lemongrass Oil
  3. 7 drops of Tea Tree Oil
  4. 7 drops of Palmarosa Oil
  5. 25 ml. of Aloe Vera Gel
  6. 1 Glass bottles with coned cap
  1. Start with half the amount of aloe vera gel and drop essential oils into the aloe. Mix well by gently rotating the bottle for about 1 minute. Add the rest of the aloe and continue to rotate bottle until well mixed, usually another 1 minute. Make sure the blend is mixed well before each application.
  2. Apply to affected areas 3-4 times a day for approximately a month. Continue application for 7 days after visible symptoms subside.
