Clay Mask
A great way to detoxify the skin!
  1. 1 tbsp of French Green Clay
  2. 1 drop of Geranium Oil
  3. 1 tsp of Avocado Oil
  4. 1 to 3 tsp of Rose Hydrosol
  1. Mix ingredients to form a smooth paste. Apply with fingertips to face and neck avoiding eyes. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Masks are very individualized for each person's needs. If left on too long, redness could occur, but should disappear in a half hour.
  2. Get creative and mix clays together.
Other additions are
  1. 1 tsp honey for dry skin
  2. 1 tsp cream for dry skin
  3. 1-2 tsp of carrier oil for dry skin
  4. 1 Tbs. yogurt for normal skin
  5. Substitute water for the hydrosol
  6. 1/2 - 1 tsp cider vinegar for oily skin.
